Prices below are starting points, not teasers. A half-day wedding really does start at €950; what moves the figure is hours, distance and the extras you choose — never a surprise on delivery day.
How much does a photographer cost in Toulouse?
In the Toulouse area, expect from €120 for a portrait session, €150 for a family session, €160 for maternity or newborn, €290 for a corporate half day and €950 for half-day wedding coverage. A full wedding day starts at €1,450. All prices include editing, a private gallery and full-resolution files.

Whatever you book, these come as standard:

- Location scouting where it matters
- Every usable frame edited, at full resolution, with no watermark
- A private online gallery with a link you can send to family abroad
- Unlimited personal printing rights (weddings and family), or commercial usage rights for web, social, print and press (corporate)
- Backed-up files, kept for a year after delivery
Travel
Travel is included within 50 km of Toulouse. That radius already covers Blagnac, Colomiers, Tournefeuille, Labège, Muret and most of the Lauragais. Beyond 50 km it's billed at cost and the exact figure appears on your quote before you commit — Montauban at 55 km, Gaillac at 60 km, Albi at 75 km, Auch at 78 km, Foix at 85 km, Carcassonne at 95 km.
The high Pyrenees — Ax-les-Thermes, Gavarnie, the Pic du Midi — fall outside the 100 km ring. Those days are quoted individually and usually include an overnight stay, because a mountain ceremony at nine in the morning does not work as a day trip.
What actually changes the price
- Hours of coverage. The single biggest factor at a wedding. Bear in mind that dinner in this region rarely starts before 21:00, so a package ending at 19:00 stops before half your day has happened.
- Distance, as above.
- A second photographer, worth it for a wedding over about 120 guests or where preparations happen in two places at once.
- Extras: engagement session, day-after or trash-the-dress shoot, printed album, extra prints.
- Turnaround. Standard delivery is a preview within a week and the full gallery in four to six weeks for weddings, two to three weeks for sessions. Same-evening or 24-hour corporate delivery is available and priced in.
- Peak dates. Saturdays from May to September go 10 to 14 months ahead. Booking early doesn't cost more; it just means the date is still there.
Booking and payment
A deposit confirms your date — the amount is written on your quote — and the balance falls due on delivery. Payment by SEPA transfer to a French IBAN, or by card. Corporate work is invoiced with our SIRET, on 30- or 45-day terms if that's how your accounts department runs. All prices are final: we operate under the French small-business VAT exemption (article 293 B of the tax code), so no VAT is charged and none can be reclaimed.
You'll receive a written contract in French with an English summary of what it commits both sides to. Ask us about anything in it before you sign. We'd rather spend ten minutes on the phone than have you agree to something you only half understood.

Are these prices final?+
They're starting prices. Your quote is built from the hours, the distance and the options you actually want, and it's the number you pay. There is no travel surcharge, no editing fee and no file-delivery fee hiding behind it.
Do you charge more for English-speaking clients?+
No. Working in English is part of what we do, not a service supplement. That includes calling your French venue or caterer on your behalf.
Can we pay in instalments?+
Yes, for weddings. The deposit secures the date and the balance is usually split across the months leading up to it. Tell us what suits your budget and we'll write it into the contract.
What if it rains, or someone is ill?+
Sessions are rescheduled at no cost, as often as the weather requires. For weddings we have a documented backup arrangement with photographers we trust, so your date is covered whatever happens to us.
Do you offer gift vouchers?+
Yes, for every type of session. They're the easiest present to send someone who has just moved to France and doesn't need more mugs.
